After introducing the new asset pages a few months ago, detail pages are now available for all dividend-paying securities on Parqet. On these dividend pages, you get a deeper insight into the historical dividend development of securities of your choice.

The new detail pages are accessible via a dedicated tab ("Dividends").

The Most Important Dividend Metrics at a Glance

For each dividend title, we immediately and clearly display 3 important dividend metrics:

1. The dividend yield of the last 12 months (TTM)
2. The dividend growth of the last 5 years (CAGR 5Y)
3. The next dividend. If this dividend has already been announced, the exact date and amount of the dividend will be displayed. If no dividend has been announced, the expected month of the next dividend will be displayed based on historical payouts.

Just below the 3 metrics, you can see the historical dividends in the form of a bar chart. Detailed dividend metrics including distribution interval can be found in table format.

List of All Historical Dividends

One of the most exciting features of the new dividend page is certainly the dividend table. It contains all dividends ever paid, including ex-date, payment date, and distribution amount.
At the yearly level, the dividend yield and dividend growth compared to the previous year are also displayed. If the selected asset has been paying dividends for many years, older years are automatically collapsed. You can expand individual dividend payments simply by clicking on the row.

Export the Dividend Table for Your Own Analyses

The dividend table can be exported as a CSV file, so you can import it into Excel, for example.

Similar to the overview pages, we've added a selection of other dividend titles at the bottom of the page. By displaying some dividend metrics, such as yield or growth rate (CAGR), you can discover new dividend titles.
