The latest version of Parqet includes a variety of new features and improvements. In addition to new securities pages and a markets page, there is now also a search function and new navigation. Here's an overview of the new features 👇

New Securities Pages

Until now, Parqet has been mainly optimized for mapping and analyzing an existing portfolio. Many investors are of course also interested in securities that they don't (yet) have in their own portfolio. To cover this use case as well, all securities now get a dedicated overview page:

On these pages, the most important key figures and charts are brought together - in the usual clean and sleek design. These pages are also available to non-logged-in users and can thus be easily shared 🔗

If some data or images for individual companies are incorrect, they can still be adjusted via the "Suggest change" function. At this point, a big thank you again for the many submitted change suggestions!

The information and functions presented so far are of course just the beginning. We have a lot of ideas on how we can further populate the new pages: whether with news feeds, fundamental data or fact sheets about companies and funds.

Markets Page: Performance Comparison and Community Activities

The new Markets page, as the name suggests, focuses on the development of markets. In this new dashboard, the performance of up to 5 securities or indices can be easily compared. In addition, we show information about the community's investment behavior by displaying the most traded and searched stocks.

As with the new securities pages, the markets page offers a lot of potential for expanding functions and information (the most popular public portfolios) - we are also looking forward to your feedback in the community.

🔎 Search Function for Securities

To make the new securities pages easy to access, we have implemented a live search. This is prominently placed at the top of all pages. By entering the security name, ISIN or WKN, you can reach the desired page in just a few moments.

New Sidebar Navigation and a Fresher Design

A change that immediately catches the eye is the new sidebar navigation. This replaces the previous double navigation at the top of the screen and creates a clean interface. The navigation bar can be displayed in two colors. Using a switch at the bottom of the navigation bar, you can easily switch between Parqet turquoise and dark gray.

In addition to the new navigation, the design of the new pages also makes it clear in which direction Parqet is moving. The presented pages get a more modern and clearer design, in which the individual page elements are better separated from each other. This makes it easier to see where one content ends and another begins. We will gradually adapt the existing pages like the dashboard or the dividend pages to this new design.
